Since 1967, the year of its opening, the Hotel de la Ville has been managed by the owner, Mr. Nando Cioccolanti.

Over the years improvements have been made to the structure, making the environment gradually more welcoming and comfortable.

From this year the hotel will be managed by Fabrizio, appreciated chef of the Hotel de la Ville over the past seasons, who will be joined by his wife Pamela.
